Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead strategic tax planning for a high-net-worth client base in a remote-capable role. You will move beyond compliance to deliver proactive, tailored tax strategies in a fast-growing advisory environment.

You will collaborate with seasoned professionals, manage complex tax issues, and shape client outcomes with modern technology. Equity options and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar field is required.
• CPA or EA certification required.
• 5+ years of tax experience from a Top 100 CPA firm.
• Expertise in high net worth individuals, closely held businesses and passthrough entities.
• Experience with CCH Axcess is preferred.
• Masters Taxation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of foreign filings (5471, 8865, etc).
• Experience with QSBS (qualified small business stocks).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, integrated tax planning for sophisticated High Net Worth clients.
• Go beyond compliance to deliver proactive tax strategy.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with partners to scale growth and optimize tax workflows.
