Job summary

Black Spectacles is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own and operate our talent acquisition system. You will personally source, screen, evaluate, and close candidates while managing the entire recruiting process, ensuring adherence to our evidence-based philosophy.

You will drive sourcing strategy, scorecard development, and metrics, while building long-term talent benches and collaborating with founders on strategic hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of talent acquisition or executive recruiting experience.
• Experience owning a structured recruiting process.
• Strong knowledge of role scorecards, interview design, assessments, structured references, and evidence-based debriefs.
• Willingness to personally operate the recruiting process rather than delegate it.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the day-to-day hiring system end-to-end.
• Source, engage, screen, evaluate, and close candidates.
• Improve the hiring process with evidence-based changes.
• Build and manage talent pipelines and candidate benches.
