Job summary

Mobilitas seeks a Sr. Supervisor, Commercial Casualty Claims for a remote, nationwide role. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, including litigation files, across multiple states and provide guidance on settlements with authority up to senior levels.

You’ll lead staff performance, coordinate trainings, and ensure high-quality service while aligning with company policies. A licensed adjuster is required or must be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience within a claims environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma or GED; virtual environment experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, including litigation files.
• Provide guidance and settlement authority on higher-worth cases.
• Coordinate multi-state claims virtually and act as liaison with partner states.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance reviews for the claims team.
