Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/category management with direct or in-direct sourcing responsibility.
• 3+ years' supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Category Management methodology and application.

Responsibilities

• Own development and implementation of comprehensive Category strategies for assigned categories.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and supply agreements to optimize the base.
• Develop and direct annual cost savings programs impacting financials and growth.
• Manage Supplier Relationship Management including KPI tracking, audits, and business reviews.
• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports and align with HR on workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Global Strategic Procurement to harmonize strategies across the enterprise.
• Analyze market trends and communicate opportunities to executives with action plans.
