Job summary

Pacvue is seeking a skilled client-focused Account Manager to oversee day-to-day relations with retail media clients. You will leverage Pacvue's platform and data to drive growth, surface opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations across retailers.

The role requires strong analytics, budget planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will own reporting, optimize campaigns, and present regular business reviews while engaging with Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure client

Qualifications

5+ years experience in e-commerce sales and/or digital marketing.
5+ years client-facing account management experience.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
Proven ability to manage paid search and/or paid display strategies across retail media platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the main contact for stakeholders.
Develop growth plan recommendations and drive execution with guidance as needed.
Measure strategy success using key retail media KPIs and audits.
Create retail media plans for launches and coordinate budgets across campaigns.
