Job summary

Pacvue is seeking a proactive client-facing professional to own relationships and deliver growth across retail media platforms. You will craft and execute paid search and display strategies, provide budget recommendations, and report on advertising effectiveness to senior leaders.

You will dive into data, build strategic plans, and align with clients to drive traffic, conversion, and sales while leveraging Pacvue technology to meet budget and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working in e-commerce sales and/or digital marketing.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of how retail media, sales, and operations integrate.
• Experience in relationship building and account management is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fully own the client relationship by building solid rapport, transparency, and delivering results against joint objectives.
• Develop strategic growth plans, gain client alignment, and execute the agreed approach.
• Measure strategy efficacy with regular reporting on core retail media KPIs and audits.
• Leverage retail media activities to drive traffic, conversions, and organic search ranking.
• Highlight incremental sales opportunities through retailer programs and promotions.
• Develop annual budget recommendations and allocate across campaigns to meet objectives.
• Create an annual marketing calendar with key drive periods and product launches.
• Use Pacvue technology to manage budgets, trends, pacing, and client communication.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze category trends, and benchmark against competitors.
• Maximize retailer share and profitability while aligning with client internal goals.
• Create strategic retail media plans for new product launches and retail readiness.
