AAlusion seeks a Senior Manager/Manager of Statistics to lead the CMC Statistics team in a fully remote capacity. The role guides statistical input for nonclinical projects, oversees experimental design and analyses, and ensures high-quality, timely results across multiple projects.

Candidates should have a strong statistics background, 9+ years of industry experience (or equivalent), and hands-on JMP proficiency, with familiarity in ICH guidelines and regulatory science.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics/Biostatistics, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 9+ years of industry experience with leadership in statistics teams.
• Experience managing a team of statisticians in CMC or biotech.
• Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines and regulatory considerations.
• Hands-on experience with JMP and statistical analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CMC Statistics team and coordinate statistical efforts across projects.
• Provide strategic, scientific, and statistical input to nonclinical programs.
• Design experiments, perform analyses, and develop predictive models.
• Prepare statistical sections of technical reports and presentations.
• Mentor team members and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
