Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-team initiatives.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, or large-scale data systems.
• Strong backend language skills.
• Excellent system design and architecture skills.
• Mentorship and technical leadership of senior engineers.
• Strong understanding of operations, reliability, and observability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Influence on engineering culture and standards.
