Description: We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute significantly to the development and enhancement of the Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) protocol.

Role

• Develop and enhance the IBC protocol to enable seamless blockchain interoperability.
• Serve as the expert on and primary owner of major components of IBC (e.g. IBC-go, light clients, etc…)
• Mentor and level up fellow engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
• Implement rigorous security measures and testing practices to ensure protocol robustness.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Solid experience in protocol / blockchain development.
• Commitment to security and rigorous software development practices.
• Excellent communication skills.

Bonus

• Proficiency in Rust, Solidity, or Solana programs
• Experience within the Cosmos ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) protocols.
• Demonstrated contributions to open-source projects., especially blockchain projects
