Qualifications

• 6+ years shipping real products in fast-moving environments.
• Proven success building new products or exploratory features (0→1).
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete specs.
• Strong customer empathy and willingness to learn from users.
• Full-stack fluency with hands-on Python/Django, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of system design and scalable architectures.
• Balance speed vs. quality; know when to be scrappy vs. durable.
• Excellent cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build 0→1 services and user experiences from scratch, evolving prototypes into production systems.
• Transform loosely defined problems into clear technical approaches.
• Collaborate with product and design; sketch solutions and define useful tradeoffs.
• Experiment rapidly with POCs and spikes; iterate on customer feedback.
• Influence product direction with an engineering perspective on architecture and tradeoffs.
• Design and build scalable systems after validating direction.
• Raise the technical bar through coding standards and mentoring.
• Own quality end-to-end from prototype to production code.
