Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to support an AI training project from a remote setting. You will design reusable reinforcement learning environments and reference solutions for software tasks using MCP tools.

Work involves bug fixing, feature implementation, code refactoring, and performance optimization with an emphasis on reproducibility and deterministic verification. No prior AI experience required, but strong coding skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python 3, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with bug fixing and debugging complex software issues.
• Proven experience in feature implementation and codebase refactoring.

Responsibilities
