Learntastic is seeking a Senior Software Developer – Applications for a fully remote role based in the USA. You will design, build, and maintain internal web apps and dashboards using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind, with a backend on Supabase and PostgreSQL.

The role emphasizes delivering modern frontend features, replacing legacy reporting tools with custom dashboards, and collaborating with business users across multiple units to translate requirements into production software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL-backed platforms, including authentication, row-level security, and edge functions.
• Proficiency with Node.js and REST API design and consumption.
• Experience deploying production applications on Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and dashboards.
• Replace legacy Power BI reports with React-based dashboards and applications.
• Develop frontend with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS; backend with Supabase and PostgreSQL.
• Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Deliver features in short cycles with frequent production releases and direct user feedback.
• Collaborate with business operators, recruiters, and executives to understand requirements.
