Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Senior Site Navigator to lead local site start-up activities, acting as the expert for study initiation and regulatory compliance. You will mentor junior staff and partner with sites and internal teams to mitigate risks and drive timely study delivery.

In this remote/office-based role with travel as needed, you will coordinate feasibility, regulatory submissions, and budgets while ensuring inspection readiness and high-quality outcomes across assigned studies.

Qualifications

• Requires life sciences degree or equivalent clinical research experience.
• Strong site-management and regulator knowledge expected.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead site start-up and activation activities across studies.
• Mentor junior Site Navigators and share knowledge.
• Manage site outreach, feasibility, and regulatory documentation.
• Serve as primary site contact ensuring quality and budget alignment.
• Support IRB/IEC submissions, renewals and compliance.
• Lead contract and budget negotiations with investigative sites.
• Ensure TMF accuracy and inspection readiness.
