Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to support a knowledge management system for a large federal agency. This is a remote role with potential ad‑hoc travel to the DC Metro area 1–2 times per quarter.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver SharePoint, Power Platform, and MS 365 solutions while ensuring accessibility and security compliance. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in SharePoint development and strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and PDLC/SDLC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in SharePoint development, including forms, workflows and web parts.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile/SCRUM/Lean.
• Strong written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Proven client-focused, collaborative approach with stakeholders.
• Proficient with Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Experience with SharePoint Online UI/UX and workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to build SharePoint, Power Platform, and MS 365 solutions.
• Implement permissions, navigation, term store, and document management.
• Leverage Power Platform to automate workflows and approvals.
• Design SharePoint UI with themes, master pages, and layouts for branding.
• Develop front end that works across devices and meets accessibility and security requirements.
• Follow methodologies and analyze processes for performance improvements.
