Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to be the senior technical anchor for Salesforce B2C Commerce storefronts, including SFRA and related platforms. You will mentor developers, translate requirements into actionable tickets, and drive delivery with product and merchandising teams.

Responsibilities include defining patterns, improving CI/CD, tuning performance, and coding across the stack from SFRA controllers to React components. Strong collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of SFCC/SFRA development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with Business Manager and SFCC stack (site configuration, ISML, job scheduling, pipelines/controllers).
Strong collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
Salesforce B2C Commerce certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical resource on day-to-day SFCC SFRA storefront development, setting patterns and reviewing approaches.
Mentor developers through code reviews, pairing, and hands-on guidance.
Own the team's branching strategy and release process; help evolve CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor storefront performance and triage production issues.
Translate business requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria for tickets.
Write code across the stack from SFRA controllers to React front end components.
Document technical designs and support data and product teams.
