Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services seeks a Senior Security Manager – Journeyman to oversee program protection and security across information, industrial, personnel, and operations security for a U.S. Government contract in Dayton, OH.

You will lead security reviews, contract clearances, DD 254/250 processes, training, and space compliance while coordinating with FSOs and program managers to safeguard classified information.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop a tracking system to enable all security personnel to review all elements involved in processing of contracts.
• Process VGSAs for contracts with on-base efforts and monitor contractor clearances per the DD 254.
• Monitor subcontract agreements; coordinate with FSOs to obtain subcontract DD 254s.
• Manage government and contractor consultants and training programs; ensure security updates.
• Oversee final DD 250Z’s and ensure proper handling of classified information for government.
• Manage co-utilization agreements between companies for sharing classified information.
• Maintain the Industrial Security Facilities Database and related environments for contracts.
• Monitor and inspect classified spaces for compliance with DoD and Air Force instructions.
