CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Security Architect to lead the architecture of public, private, and hybrid clouds, driving secure infrastructure and applications aligned with cybersecurity strategies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable secure public, private and hybrid cloud visions.
• Advise Cloud team on secure deployments and configurations.
• Review architecture plans with Enterprise Architecture group.
• Lead security architecture design for SaaS, PaaS and IaaS.
• Provide guidance on secure design, build, testing and deployment across cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with security, architecture and engineering leadership to support business objectives.
• Enforce enterprise standards for secure, resilient, compliant solutions.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for incident resolution.
• Identify risk-related issues and architect preventive solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge with leads.
• Create architecture policies for cybersecurity and resiliency.
• Draft cybersecurity strategies to align with business objectives (CMMC, NIST).
• Design security for monitoring, logging, IAM, encryption and data protection.
• Ensure configurations are aligned and implemented by tech leads.
• Oversee vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
• Orchestrate scalable, resilient containerized microservices.
