Sandalwood Engineering & Ergonomics is seeking a Lead SCADA Engineer - Ignition to design, develop, and deploy Ignition-based solutions for manufacturing environments. You will guide project architecture, engage with customer teams, and mentor engineers while shaping enterprise-grade automation platforms.
The role offers remote and on-site work possibilities, opportunities for career growth into senior technical leadership, and exposure to infrastructure, data modeling, and integration with ERP
Formación
- Four or more years of hands-on Ignition development experience.
- Five or more years of industrial automation, SCADA, IIoT, or manufacturing systems experience.
- Experience developing applications using Ignition Perspective and/or Vision.
- Experience with Python/Jython scripting.
- Strong SQL development and database experience.
Responsabilidades
- Lead technical discussions with customer engineering, operations, maintenance, and IT teams.
- Design scalable industrial software architectures for manufacturing environments.
- Develop reusable application frameworks and development standards.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and perform code reviews.
