Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of SBA lending experience.
• At least 5 years SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience.
• SBA loan originating experience.
• Familiarity with Commercial loan underwriting systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional grammar and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Source SBA loan origination with emphasis on client contact, origination and analysis. Typical loan amounts: $350K–$5MM.
• Review financial statements and supporting docs, structure SBA proposals, complete initial analysis, and prepare credit package.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, agency guidelines and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
