Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent SBA lending experience.
• 4+ years SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication including grammar.

Responsibilities

• Self-source SBA loan origination with emphasis on client contact and analysis.
• Review financial statements, structure SBA loan proposals and credit packages.
• Ensure compliance with laws, guidelines, and policies.
• Collaborate with team to support loan origination objectives.
