Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Security & GRC Engineer for a 100% remote U.S. role. You will design, implement, and operate SAP security, access controls, and GRC processes across S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and Fiori, partnering with audit and compliance teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of SAP Security/GRC experience, hands-on authorization concepts, and familiarity with SAP IDM/IGA tooling, SOX/GxP/PCI compliance, and SAP Process Control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Ten+ years SAP Security/GRC experience in enterprise landscapes.
• Strong hands-on SAP authorization concepts and role design.
• Deep experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA/ARM/BRM/EAM).
• Experience supporting SAP audits and remediation activities.
• Hands-on experience securing Fiori, BTP, and cloud SAP apps.
• Familiarity with SAP IDM or third-party IGA tooling.
• Working knowledge of SAP Process Control.
• Strong understanding of SOX, GxP, and PCI compliance.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SAP authorization concepts and roles.
• Build and maintain roles for S/4HANA, ECC, and Fiori.
• Configure and operate SAP GRC Access Control (ARA/ARM/BRM/EAM).
• Perform segregation-of-duties analysis and remediation.
• Configure user provisioning workflows in SAP GRC ARM.
• Operate SAP GRC Process Control for continuous monitoring.
• Implement security for Fiori, including catalogs and front-end authorizations.
• Configure SAP BTP security using XSUAA, IAS, IPS.
• Support SAP audits and respond with remediation plans.
• Monitor SAP Security Notes with Basis/DBA teams.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
