Bright Vision Technologies, a technology consulting and software development company, is seeking an experienced SAP GRC Specialist for a 100% remote US role. You will design, implement, and operate SAP security and access-control frameworks across S/4HANA, ECC, and Fiori landscapes.

The role emphasizes SAP authorization concepts, GRC Access Control, audits, and collaboration with audit and business teams to deliver a secure SAP environment. 6+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years in SAP Security / GRC in enterprise landscapes.
• Hands-on SAP authorization concepts and role design experience.
• Deep experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA/ARM/BRM/EAM).
• Experience in SAP audits and remediation; securing Fiori/BTP cloud apps.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SAP authorization concepts and role structures.
• Build and maintain roles for S/4HANA, ECC, and Fiori.
• Configure SAP GRC Access Control and manage rulesets and controls.
• Perform segregation-of-duties analysis with auditors.
• Configure user provisioning workflows in SAP GRC ARM.
• Operate SAP GRC Process Control for monitoring and policy mgmt.
• Secure Fiori apps, including catalogs and front-end auths.
• Secure SAP BTP/Cloud apps using IAS/IPS.
• Support SOX, GxP, PCI audits with remediation plans.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks for operations.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
