Job summary

Black Financial Consult is seeking a Senior Developer for a remote position to drive end-to-end Salesforce development, integrate enterprise systems, and partner with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce apps, build automations, implement integrations, and ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and disciplined release management within an Agile, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience building enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
• Strong OO programming and system design skills.
• Experience in Agile and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-based applications.
• Build custom workflows, scripts, and automation.
• Develop integrations between enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Configure and customize Salesforce modules (ITSM, ITOM, or related).
• Develop Salesforce solutions including Apex, Lightning components, and flows.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams on technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and testing.
• Support deployment activities and release management.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security across platforms.
