Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a leader in MANET and MIMO communications, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director, Law Enforcement & Homeland Defense to drive revenue across North America. You will build and lead a team, own quarterly quotas, and collaborate with engineering, product, marketing and BD to win strategic opportunities.

This role requires up to 50% travel, the ability to operate in a highly regulated public sector environment, and the option for 100% remote work depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications or related discipline.
• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in tactical/public safety tech.
• Deep understanding of Federal and State/Local procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual orders, revenue targets, quotas, and forecasts for the Law Enforcement & Homeland Defense vertical in North America.
• Direct a team of Sales Directors; collaborate with engineering, product, marketing and BD.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM rigor, and accurate forecasting for all deals.
