The position requires an Associate’s degree and 2–3 years in AR/patient accounts, with strong analytical, organizational, and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 2 years of experience can substitute 1 year of education.
• 2-3 years’ experience in accounts receivable or patient accounts.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting, healthcare, and office procedures.
• Knowledge of Maryland and DC reimbursement and regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
