Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with substantial experience in social science research and evaluation.
• Experience with implementation science and complex studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project operations as principal investigator or project director.
• Develop study designs and analytic plans aligned with research questions.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for federal, state, foundation, and other clients.
• Manage client and partner relationships and contribute to proposals and business development.
