Job summary

Blue Matter is seeking an experienced Research Manager / Senior Research Manager to join the Blue Matter Insights team. You will work with seasoned market research consultants to deliver innovative and actionable insights to biopharma clients, helping grow the company across multiple offices.

The role involves leading primary market research processes, scoping projects, and collaborating with internal and client teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of market research experience within biopharma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of the primary market research process: design, data collection, analysis and report creation.
• Support scoping, planning, and development of market research proposals.
• Apply quantitative and/or qualitative methodologies to address client objectives.
• Manage timelines and budgets; coordinate with clients and vendors.
• Build and grow client relationships and serve as a trusted project contact.
• Present complex ideas clearly and facilitate client meetings/readouts.
