Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data using SAS, SQL, SPSS, R, Python or similar.
• Experience providing customer service via direct contact, email, or phone.
• Experience handling confidential data or protected health information.

Responsibilities

• Responds to complex data requests by manipulating large relational databases.
• Coordinates data sets for stakeholders and manages IRB/Data Use Agreements.
• Assists in documenting data management standards and cross-training staff.
