Job summary

dentsu seeks a Senior Research Analyst for Merkle B2B International (North America). You will analyze findings and craft insightful client reports, collaborating with cross-functional Merkle teams. This temporary, 6-month, W2 position requires authorization to work in the United States and offers remote work within California.

Responsibilities include advanced analysis, reporting, storytelling, and coordinating with vendors and clients. Proficiency in MS Office, SPSS/Q, and AI tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in market research or related analytical fields.
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and creating insight-led reports.
• Familiarity with various research study types (brand tracking, product research, CX, thought leadership).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel; experience with SPSS, Q and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data across B2B studies to develop insights.
• Identify key themes and actionable recommendations from datasets.
• Develop client-ready reports and compelling visualizations.
• Coordinate project timelines and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support client meetings, proposals, and business development activities.
