Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• 2+ years working directly as a Data Analyst.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and R.
• Clear communicator, able to explain data to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel 10%.
• Must be based in the Eastern Time zone.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of complaint and servicing data systems and reporting frameworks.
• Data cleansing and quality checks on reports and outputs.
• Develop dashboards, charts, and visual reporting tools.
• Conduct statistical analysis to uncover trends and patterns.
• Gather data requirements with business stakeholders.
• Create scripts and tools to automate data extraction.
• Manage database security and upkeep.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across the Quality function.
