Job summary

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of software testing experience (manual + automation).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM testing).
- Hands-on automation with Selenium or similar tools.
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman or RestAssured.
- Experience in agile environments and defect-tracking tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing across web and apps.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
- Perform API testing and validate integrations.
- Maintain test documentation and reports.
- Contribute to test automation frameworks and efficiency.
- Participate in sprint planning and QA strategy discussions.
