Job summary

FYST is seeking a skilled QA engineer to join our fintech team. You will perform a mix of manual and automated testing in Python to verify new features and ensure quality.

You'll work with an established Python automation framework, expand coverage, add new tests, and address test tech debt while coordinating with developers, analysts, and product managers. Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in test automation (Python).
• Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing.
• Strong manual testing skills with complex business logic.
• Experience in performance and load testing.
• Familiarity with Kibana, Postman, and API testing.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting).
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Good English and Russian communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform 50/50 manual and automated testing using Python.
• Enhance existing Python automation framework—boost coverage and reduce tech debt.
• Design and implement effective testing strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders through release cycles.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve QA processes.
• Actively participate in day-to-day testing activities.
