Role Overview:

Beyond is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with agency experience to lead large-scale digital website and product programs. Reporting to the Group Program Director, Project Managers are responsible for timelines, scopes, budgets, processes, documentation, and making critical decisions. This client-facing role involves managing projects from research and insights to conception, design, and implementation. Your expertise and positive approach will help maintain team harmony.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging experiences that positively impact the world
  • Collaborate on project scoping, proposals, SOW writing, and establishment from client briefing to delivery
  • Manage and communicate product timelines
  • Build product backlogs and document requirements in JIRA
  • Support engineering teams with technical discovery, design documentation, and release management
  • Coordinate with resource managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure resource availability
  • Facilitate Agile/scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Lead client communications, including status updates and workshops
  • Oversee website design, release milestones, and security reviews
  • Manage content upload processes for website launches
  • Organize project workflows, feedback, approvals, and documentation
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Prepare project documentation like calendars, status reports, and burn reports
  • Ensure project milestones are met by internal teams and clients

Required Skills:

  • Experience with user-centered design and modern web technologies
  • Strong organizational skills for process implementation
  • Experience working in lean, scrum/Agile environments with creative and engineering teams
  • Knowledge of design processes, tools, and risk management
  • Experience with website requirements, sprints, and launch schedules
  • Budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and SOW experience
  • Managing priorities for 10+ team members
  • Client partnership skills
  • Ability to resolve time-sensitive issues effectively

  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, QA, product managers, and strategists
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Experience working with third-party agencies and vendors
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
