Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software sustainment, modernization, and business process improvement for the National Park Service. You will manage schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes aligned with mission objectives.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, PMP certification, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment. Background screening is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading software development, modernization, or business transformation initiatives.
• PMP certification and ability to pass background/drug screening.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience delivering executive-level communications and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate software sustainment, modernization, and operational support initiatives.
• Develop and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate activities across PM, development, analysis, reporting, testing, training, and customer support functions.
• Oversee project execution through planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and transition.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports and executive briefings.
