Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management, business, operational, or technical experience.
• 1+ years leading PMO standards and contributing to organizational maturity.
• Must reside within Wisconsin or a neighboring state commutable to WI (MN, IA, IL, MI).

Responsibilities

• Oversees projects for Wisconsin Market Compliance with emphasis on audits.
• Designs and implements plans, monitors progress, resolves delays.
• Identify resources, prepare specs, and develop project schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external contractors for success.
• Lead meetings, report status, and set priorities to meet milestones.
• Manage audit requirements and remediation tracking with departments.
