RiseNow is seeking a Project Manager to independently lead large-scale client projects from initiation to closure. This remote, U.S.-based position requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, schedule, and budgets, and partnering with clients to ensure outcomes meet agreed objectives.

You will leverage RiseNow's PM methods and templates, drive risk mitigation, and maintain strong executive-level relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience leading large-scale implementation, IT, or business transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex implementation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with clients to define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Lead cross-functional project teams with clear roles and accountability.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, managing relationships with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Follow RiseNow's PM methodology, tools, templates, and reporting processes.
• Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, and margins.
• Monitor progress and address challenges to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Manage project scope per SOWs and coordinate change orders.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, risk logs, and dashboards.
