IntusCare is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our risk adjustment product, integrating analytics with medical coding services to surface financial insights and ensure compliant coding.

You will partner with design and engineering, engage clients to uncover needs, and drive product improvements across success, sales, and engineering to meet market and regulator demands.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience in healthcare, preferably in a startup.
• At least 3 years of Value-Based-Care (VBC) and financial analytics experience with CMS risk adjustment.
• Ability to interface with customers and navigate ambiguity across product development.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities for guiding teams.

Responsabilités

• Partner with design and engineering to shape the next generation of the risk adjustment platform.
• Engage directly with clients to uncover pain points and translate insights into product improvements.
• Collaborate with customer success, sales, and engineering to meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
• Define clear goals and KPIs to measure impact and drive prioritization.
