You will lead end-to-end lifecycle and work with cross-functional teams across pharmacy, clinical, operations, technology and analytics. The role requires 5+ years in product management, Agile experience, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product management experience.
• Agile experience.
• Strong analytics and stakeholder management.
• 3+ years healthcare, Medicare, pharmacy or health plan experience.
• SAFe PO/PM Certificate (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional work across pharmacy, clinical, operations, technology and analytics.
• Own prioritization, business cases, KPIs and product performance.
• Drive product launches and continuous improvement.
