Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to conceive, develop, deliver and manage pharmacy software products. You will drive strategy, roadmap, delivery and optimization to improve patient outcomes, adherence and customer experience.

You will lead cross‑functional work across pharmacy, clinical, operations, technology and analytics, own prioritization and KPIs, and steer product launches and continuous improvement. Occasional travel may be required, with a remote work option.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with Agile.
• Strong analytics and stakeholder management.
