Job summary

Vida Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own onboarding and retention across the member journey.

You will drive engagement and health outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Clinical teams to ship high-impact product improvements. This high-autonomy IC role sits within the Member Experience group, balancing near-term execution with 2.0 vision work, and reports to the Director of Member Experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum.
• 3-5+ years of product management experience shipping consumer or patient-facing digital products.
• Proven track record improving engagement, retention, or activation metrics in a mobile or web product.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools (Looker, PostHog, Amplitude, or similar), and A/B testing frameworks.
• Experience running the full product lifecycle: discovery, scoping, shipping, measuring, iterating.
• Excellent cross-functional communication: able to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
• Clear, concise writer who can turn complexity into actionable product artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and onboarding across landing pages, eligibility, and onboarding for Vida Health’s core member funnel.
• Design experiments based on data-backed hypotheses and iterate based on results.
• Own the member growth product backlog and support roadmap development: prioritize, scope, ship, and measure improvements to early experience.
• Lead A/B testing and rapid experimentation to improve engagement, activation, and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to maintain product velocity and manage technical tradeoffs.
• Translate client requests into well-scoped product work while preserving member experience quality.
• Build and report dashboards in Looker and PostHog; socialize learnings across the organization.
• Support concept validation and prototype testing for next-generation member experiences.
