Job summary

Carefeed is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Admissions to own and evolve the Admissions product capabilities. This remote-based role in the US or on-site in Chicago, IL or Cincinnati, OH offers a chance to shape product strategy in a growing healthcare SaaS platform.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, write PRDs and user stories, prioritize backlog, and collaborate with engineering, design, and sales to deliver high‑quality, compliant solutions that improve resident and family experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product strategy and execution plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working closely with engineering on technically complex systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Carefeed’s Admissions Product capabilities.
• Define and communicate clear product goals aligned with company objectives.
• Balance short-term customer needs with long-term platform scalability and technical health.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve usability, and unlock new value across the platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, planning, delivery, and iteration.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own backlog prioritization and scope decisions, making thoughtful trade-offs.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and improvements.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Design to deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Serve as a trusted partner to Sales and GTM to drive customer success.
• Ensure product functionality meets high standards for reliability, performance, and security and compliance.
