Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of privacy/data governance experience.
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and U.S. state privacy laws.
• Experience with privacy management tools such as OneTrust, Osano, TrustArc, BigID, or Securiti.
• IAPP certifications: CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and administration of the enterprise privacy and governance program.
• Perform compliance activities related to GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and state privacy laws.
• Serve as privacy representative for AI initiatives, data governance, and vendor reviews.
• Conduct and support Privacy Impact Assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments.
• Maintain privacy notices, training, and governance playbooks; ensure consistency across notices and data inventories.
• Collaborate with AI Center of Excellence on AI governance and risk assessments.
• Manage data classification standards and data minimization practices.
• Coordinate privacy rights requests (DSR) and responses.
