Job summary

Ripple Effect is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to lead pricing activities across federal, nonprofit, and commercial bids. You will develop compliant pricing proposals, analyze requirements, and build robust models to support labor estimates, indirect costs, and profitability.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, project teams, and finance to advance pricing strategy, adopt AI-enabled tools, and improve bid quality while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government contracting principles.
• Experience leading pricing on Fed contracts (FFP, T&M, Cost-Reimb, IDIQ).
• Experience with labor rates, subcontractor pricing, and price-to-win analyses.
• Proven ability to manage multiple proposals and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Intermediate Office tools and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead compliant, competitive cost and price proposals for federal, nonprofit, and commercial opportunities.
• Analyze requirements, pricing instructions, assumptions, and risks to shape pricing strategies.
• Develop pricing models, cost estimates, and analyses for labor, indirect costs, and profitability.
• Prepare cost volumes, BOEs, narratives, schedules, and documentation tied to technical solutions.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements.
• Review pricing models for accuracy and consistency through testing and cross-footing.
• Help evolve pricing processes and AI-enabled tools for better bid quality.
• Provide financial insight to support contract execution and outcomes.
