Job summary

FullStack Labs, Inc. seeks a Senior Power BI /Dashboard UI Specialist to join our team. You will work with clients directly, either embedded on their team or on a FullStack product squad to deliver high-end dashboards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of BI experience with Power BI, strong UI/UX focus, and proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data integration. Advanced English required; manufacturing/logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development and BI experience with Power BI.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree required.
Experience with DAX, Power Query (M), semantic modeling, and star-schema design.
Strong UI/UX focus and data visualization best practices.
Performance tuning for large-scale Power BI reports.
Data integration from SQL databases, ERP systems, or cloud data warehouses.
Agile/Scrum experience preferred; ownership and accountability.
Experience in Manufacturing/Logistics/Distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

Team Augmentation: integrate into the client's team and work daily with designers and engineers.
Design & Build: contribute to a FullStack product team to deliver dashboards and BI features.
