Job summary

FullStack Labs, Inc. seeks a Senior Power BI /Dashboard UI Specialist to join our team. You will work with clients directly, either embedded on their team or on a FullStack product squad to deliver high-end dashboards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of BI experience with Power BI, strong UI/UX focus, and proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data integration. Advanced English required; manufacturing/logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development and BI experience with Power BI.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Experience with DAX, Power Query (M), semantic modeling, and star-schema design.
• Strong UI/UX focus and data visualization best practices.
• Performance tuning for large-scale Power BI reports.
• Data integration from SQL databases, ERP systems, or cloud data warehouses.
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred; ownership and accountability.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Logistics/Distribution is a plus.

The Position

We're looking to hire a Senior Power BI /Dashboard UI Specialist to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.

Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development and business intelligence experience with Power BI.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Extensive experience in DAX, Power Query (M), semantic modeling, and complex star-schema architecture design.
• Proven experience in designing high-end dashboard interfaces with an extreme focus on UI/UX, usability, layout design, and data visualization best practices.
• Solid background in performance tuning for large-scale Power BI reports and underlying queries.
• Practical experience with data integration from diverse sources including SQL databases, ERP systems, or cloud data warehouses.
• Preferred experience within the Manufacturing, Logistics, or Distribution industries.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.

Nice To Have

We’re seeking engineers who are AI-enthusiastic in their workflow. Professional experience or personal project work with the following is a significant plus:

• Cursor, Windsurf, or Google Antigravity.
• Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Copilot CLI.
