Job summary

Cognizant in the United States is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and analytics for a large Managed Services environment. The role requires Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and ITIL-based reporting across ITSM, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Asset Management.

You will deliver dashboards for executive reviews and ongoing operational insights, enabling informed decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards.
• Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities.
• Experience with ITSM/ITIL reporting domains.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards.
• Create KPI frameworks and data-driven reports for ITSM and IT operations.
• Build reporting solutions for IT, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Asset Management.
• Deliver customer-facing reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
• Develop real-time and near real-time reporting for operational decision-making.
