Job summary

Bread Financial in the United States is seeking a Principal - Account Manager, Portfolio & ECM (Finance) to craft and grow our existing customer portfolio in partnership with senior leadership. You will drive P&L health, loyalty, retention, and activation while leading cross-functional teams and removing roadblocks to meet portfolio objectives.

The role requires strong relationship management with brand partners, KPI development, and the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.
• 10-13 years in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, or credit card portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a productive relationship with brand program owners and senior leadership.
• Sets objectives, negotiates outcomes, and collaborates with matrix team including Credit Management, Finance, Portfolio Analytics & Marketing.
• Develop annual portfolio KPI's to guide marketing strategy and allocate funding for cardholder marketing.
• Applies deep understanding of P&L to adjust portfolio strategy and monitor core metrics.
• Oversees execution for marketing campaigns and delivers insights to partners.
• Ensures ongoing integration into brand partner plan and loyalty program.
