Qualifications

• Active Wyoming pharmacy technician license.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification.
• 6+ months of healthcare customer service experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Available for 5:00 AM–12:00 AM shifts and rotating on-call every 3 weeks.
• Currently located in Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50+ inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Answer Prior Authorization inquiries with clinical context.
• Process prior authorizations across multiple systems per policy.
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly.
• Gather member data for pharmacist consultations.
