Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Wyoming pharmacy technician license is required.
• PTCB OR ExCPT certification is required.
• 6+ months of healthcare customer service experience.
• Basic MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls for prior authorizations.
• Perform clinical review for authorizations in line with SLAs and regulations.
• Process PA requests across multiple computer systems with accuracy.
• Document interactions and assist pharmacists with formulary questions.
• Support patient safety initiatives and maintain data quality.
