Ladders is seeking a Senior Penetration Tester to join our client’s team, a leader in Finance & Insurance. You will strengthen application security by leading hands-on testing across core systems, APIs, and AI-enabled applications, partnering with engineering to mitigate risk and improve secure coding practices.

You will help define offensive security approaches for AI environments and support safe release of AI-generated code.

Competenze

• 5+ years in application security, offensive security, or product security
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing and code review for web applications, APIs, and AWS
• Curiosity and a hacker mentality to explore system vulnerabilities
• Interest in leveraging AI for security testing and workflow improvements
• Understanding of AI/LLM attack surfaces and vulnerabilities in AI-generated code
• Proficiency in modern programming languages like Ruby, Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Strong communication skills to convey risk and priorities to engineers

Mansioni

• Conduct manual penetration tests on core systems and AI applications
• Develop AI-assisted tools to enhance penetration testing coverage
• Define and innovate penetration testing methodologies for AI systems
• Triage and address findings from SAST tools, refining rules for accuracy
